Today is day 1 back to work. It's been a bit slow and to be honest--it's really not the hardest job in the world. It is simple and easy and being nice to people is something I have always been good at. Well, at least when it comes to things like me providing service. One thing I have been able to recognize about my own patience levels, I guess? Sometimes I am an angry email writer and an angry caller. If something terrible happens to me or my money, that is usually when I am raising hell. If I have purchased a service that goes wonky or is less than I paid, for, you better believe I am calling. But this job is easy and takes really nothing to do--once you know and understand systems, it's just a matter of applying that information and what you are picking up along the way.
